China has been using Goji berries in an instant coffee product since the early 21st century. Goji berries are also used to produce several wines. They are also used to produces a blend of grape & Goji berry wine. Goji berries are also used to manufacture beer. New Belgium Brewery use Goji berries to manufacture ale that is used in flavoring.
